We offer a reliable triple exhaust system for the Mach Z 800. These pipes make 175 hp at 89-9100 rpm.

The pipes fit neatly into the CK3 or F (please specify when ordering) chassis with our oversized silencers that exit out the stock location. Ball socket flanges allow for tight sealing while enduring a long life.

There is an impressive weight reduction of 25 lbs.

We recommend installing ‘V-Force’ reeds along with some jetting and clutching changes.

*ECU re-program to raise the rev limiter is required for ’99-’03 models. You can send us your ECU for re-programming ($275 CAD) or switch to a ’97 or ’98 ECU.*
